Excursions
All excursions will take place on Tuesday, 5 August 2025, starting at 1 pm
For the Tuesday excursion, you can choose among two different tour options. Due to the long distance of both tour options bus transportation will be provided.
Excursion 1 – Petrohué Falls (5 h)
This adventure connects us with nature within the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park, which belongs to the Temperate Rainforest Biosphere Reserve of the Southern Andes; we start our visit at Laguna Verde, a lagoon surrounded by native vegetation, with an intense green color due to the development of microalgae. We continue our tour visiting the imponent Petrohue Rapids, which, with their turquoise water, enchant us with their beauty and the trails we can walk. We end our adventure with a panoramic view of Ensenada, a tourist village on the west shore of the Llanquihue Lake.

Excursion 2 – Frutillar city (4 h) U$ 40
We drive by the west side of the Llanquihue Lake, during the trip, we get to see the small industrial city of Llanquihue to continue to Frutillar, where the German settler’s heritage can be perceived in the spectacular traditional houses, delicious gastronomy, colorful gardens, tea houses, German Museum and the modern Theater of the Lake. During the trip, we are always in touch with nature and the majestic figures of the Osorno, Calbuco, and Puntiagudo volcanoes, creating an impressive scenery that enchants the visitors.
