To pay your registration and purchase (T-shirt, Excursion) you must have a Paypal account or create one at

Conference registration fees include:
- Lunch from Monday to Thursday
- Coffee breaks from Monday to Thursday
- Sunday welcome Mixer
- BBQ on Tuesday evening
- Banquet on Thursday
- All sessions and program materials
The Companion registration fees include the Welcome Mixer, BBQ, Banquet.
Registration Fees
Dear SIP 2025 participants. As it is the tradition, there are three deadlines for registrations: “Early” ” Regular” and “Late registration”. Please take advantage of the early registration rates to avoid incurring additional costs. Also, this year, and to encourage participation of Latin American scientists and students, we have a discounted price for Latino participants (scientist and students) who reside/work in a Latin American country. Please scroll down the payment options to select the “LATAM” option if you qualify for this differential rate
Conference attendees and companions must create an account separately and enter their personal information. This is to help with the registration data collection so we can identity each registrant’s name and collect information for dietary preferences and other items selected in the shopping cart (such as T-shirts, 5K race, excursions).

Conditions of attendance
The payments must be received within the deadlines. Please take note of the deadlines for Early, Regular and Late Registration.
ABSTRACTS: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to 31 May 2025 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the Conference Program.
Cancellations are only accepted in written by e-mail. Cancellations received before 15 June 2025 will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of USD 50. Refunds thereafter will not be available.
