After registering online, your email and password allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.
Conditions of attendance
The payments must be received within the deadlines. Please take note of the deadlines for Early, Regular and Late Registration.
Abstracts: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to 30 April 2025 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the Conference Program.
Cancellations are only accepted in written by e-mail. Cancellations received before 15 June 2025 will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of USD 50. Refunds thereafter will not be available.
